Strong Leadership
Visionary leadership is a hallmark of NBCS. An independent Board of Directors is responsible for the over-arching vision and direction of the School, whilst day-to-day operations as well as longer-term planning is entrusted to the Senior Executive.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is a diverse group of people, bringing valuable experience, expertise and perspective to the school. The Board gives the over-all vision and direction for the school and ultimately has responsibility for everything that happens at NBCS.
Senior Executive
The Senior Executive is comprised of the Principal, Deputy Principal, General Manager, Heads of Years, Assistant Principals and School Transformation Team. Members of the Senior Executive are highly capable Educators with a strong desire to see students achieve the best they can.
